Comfort Living Nest provides home renovation and improvement services, including but not limited to interior design, exterior and garden renovation, home security, fire safety, home loan and warranty assistance, roofing, solar upgrades, window replacement, flooring upgrades, and bathroom remodeling. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for any project will be outlined in a separate written agreement or quote.
All quotes provided by Comfort Living Nest are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Prices are subject to change if the project scope is modified, if unforeseen site conditions arise, or if material costs fluctuate significantly. We strive to provide transparent, fixed pricing whenever possible.
Payment schedules will be detailed in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones or upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
We stand behind our workmanship with a warranty on completed projects, the specifics of which are outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to materials and products used. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees and refund eligibility, will be specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable for work or materials already procured. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through our unsubscribe page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfort Living Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
